i have received a text stating ee were unable to process my payment my latest bi

I have received a text stating ee were unable to process my payment. in order to rectify i should update my billing info via.

https://ee-update.ref092.com?ee=2.

my bill is not due and my last one was ok. i assume this is a scam?

@Nessy35  yes it is a scam,  and EE would never send you a link to login to your account.

 

 you can forward that message to 7726 ( spam )

DO NOT click on any of the links within the message - if you have clicked on the link and entered your password details, change any log in details that use the same password.

 

DO NOT reply with any information

 

DO NOT download any attachments

 

DO send it to us to investigate – Forward the message to 7726

 

DO delete the message
