Re: how to get onto webchat

Good morning @roofio89.

Thanks for coming here.

Is your account an EE personal contract?

Also what was the query you had with the account?

We will see what we can do to help 🙂

Re: how to get onto webchat

Hi

Yes it's a personal contract..

I've had an email saying my price is changing and it was unclear as to whether this meant that I could cancel my contract without the cancellation charge.

Everyone I spoke to on web chat wouldnt speak to me about it all.... So frustrating!

Thanks

Andrew

Re: how to get onto webchat

This'll be the notice of the annual RPI increase. It's contractual & so you have no right of cancellation cuz of it.

Hello there @roofio89

Thanks for coming back to me.

Each year, your monthly price plan will increase by the rate of Retail Price Index (RPI).

For full information and to calculate your new plan price please see What the 2017 price changes mean for you.

Thanks.
