Hi...I've been told on the live chat that I was going to have a convenient bundle while abroad. Now that I'm abroad that's not true!!!!

Are you a pay monthly personal or a pay as you go EE customer?
Did you activate roaming before you went away?
If not, please have a look at our Roaming with EE – Everything you need to know about using your phone abroad post.
I would advise to get in touch with the team, by selecting EE.
You should then be given an option for a live chat with a service agent.
