galaxy s10+ delay

i ordered my galaxy s10+ ceramic black 512gb over 2 weeks ago now and EE still cant provide me with any details as to when i will get this, my main concern is if i dont get my phone before the 1st of April i will be on holiday so then i wont be able to claim my free ear buds also can any1 please give me any details as to when ill get my device and if EE will still be able to get me my buds from samsung

We’re working with Samsung to get your phone to you as soon as possible.

 

As soon as we have further information the tracking tool will be updated.

 

You will also receive a text from DPD to tell you it’s on the way the day before your delivery.

Hi and sorry to hear that you have not received your handset.

EE gets deliverys every Tuesday and Thursday so touch wood you should be getting your handset soon,i too was having delay problems with my phone (s10+ ceramic black 512gb) i pre ordered mine on the 20 of February and it turned up on Monday the 18 march,just keep checking the ee track my order,(when did you order your phone)?

call ee cs to see if they have any tracking info for dpd.
