For nearly two weeks I have not been able to access data roaming I have performed a factory reset. I have taken out the sim card and put it into another phone albeit the same make & model an alcatel pixi. Anyone got any ideas how to get data roaming again???

If you are pay monthly or SIM only then log into your online account and activate roaming and international calls (Menu - Manage your device).

Have you been able to get it working previously?

I've had to phone EE to get it sorted. It was quite complicated and resulted in them having to do things at their end.
