caller cannot hear me

I have having issues making calls and receiving them as the caller cannot hear anything I am saying but I can hear them.  I am using a Samsung J3 on a sim only tarif.  Has anyone encoured a similar problem and have a fix for it?

Are there any maintenance works in your area?


How long have you had this problem for?


Please try the steps below:-


1. Turn airplane mode on and off again

2. Restart your device

3. Check you have the latest software

Have you got a bluetooth headset or even a wired one you can try? If it works, it could just be your phones mic is broken.
