anyone else having trouble with an upgrade offer

i had an upgrade in august and part of it was a xbox one but after a lot of  excuses on live chat still no result was told 30 days then forty now live chat dropping signle getting no where

@useyaloaf   It’s much easier just to call customer services about this.
