Why not it let me confirm my bank details. Which says are wrong when they not

Manage to log into my ee account but when asked if I'm the bill payer and enter details it comes up as not the same details we have, when it is

Good Morning and welcome to the community @Gaffa61.

 

When you log in to your My EE account and selecting 'Account Settings' does the bill payer box show as ticked?

 

If you are unable to select bill payer, I would recommend getting in touch with our mobile care team who can change this setting.
