Why is your App not working

The EE App hasn't worked for almost a week now. All you get is the problem is with EE. Sure is.

Which app are you writing about, the EE App or EE TV App? I presume you are writing about the EE App if so which version?

Close it down then restart a few times,  it does eventually work.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I have been doing that constantly for 3 days now. The App says " there is a problem and it is our fault, we're trying to fix it". I've uninstalled and re-installed, no change. I've now uninstalled and will leave it there.

I've been through this with EE so often I'm giving up.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the app.

 

I've had a look to see if there's been any reported issues and can't see any.

 

When you spoke to Tech, what did they advise?

 

Are you all up to date with your device software?

 

If not this will cause the new version of the app not to work.
