Hello @Kezzj7 sorry to hear you are having trouble registering for MYEE online. Try another device or browser if you can, or logging out then clearing any cookies/history in your current browser then trying again. If this is a new account/SIM it can take up to 24hrs to activate and you should be able to register it after then.
If none of the above work please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can add your number manually or look into why it is not working for you. 🙂
