Why hasn't my plan started.top up 3eeeks ago when my minutes ran out.said I had to wait till current plan was used or ran out.couldnt use it all cos unlimited texts.dont run out DO THEY.so had to put anothet5er top up to by 100mins for 7days that ran out.so waited till 22nd for new plan start.now 22nd.still ant started.ive no call time no data. I' mad.mad.mad.if don't sort it out.il get new SIM and New network.like 3.or giff gaff. Get more mins anyway with them 100mins more.so please can i have what I paid for 3weeks ago..

Ye mate did the job.i was thick for 3weeks it was right there how to do it all along.went 3weeks without call time cos I didn't look properly. I'm an idiot.thanks for your help.happy Christmas and have a great new year.p
