Hello @wilko82 this is usually a device or OS fault and not usually linked to a network or line fault. Has the phone absorbed any shock from a fall or bang recently? It may have knocked a connection internally causing the power to fail randomly. For OS faults this is usually when you have just updated the firmware and a bug occurred or it did not install correcty. Do you have a spare battery to test? If you have had the device a while it may also be that your current one is wearing out. 🙂

It might help if you tell us what device you have, how long you have owned it and if you obtained it from EE.
