Hi, 

 

It could be one of a hundred reasons. 

 

Tried restarting? 

 

  • Are you on EE pay monthly contract or PAYG 
  • Did you get your phone from EE?
  • Does this happen at more than one location? (at home and away from home)

Its been about a week phone seem to go straight to voice mail

Im on a monthly contract in my husbands name but due to run out in july its has lost signal for about a week and i have tryed turning it off and back on again many thanks for your reply
