Why has my balance gone down by £1.98 when I am within my £1 a week pack

I have a pay as you go ee phone and pay £1 per week.  I topped up on 6th October and my balance was then £13.73. on 10th October my weekly pack started, which should have left a balance of £12.73   When i checked my balance on 13 October it states a balance of £10.75.  A difference of £1.98 but I am within all my allowances, so what is this £1.98 charge for.?

The only thing I can think of is, you may have made a call to a number, which are not included in your allowance (for example a 0870 number).

If you log into My EE website and then once you are logged in, scroll down the webpage and you will see this:

After you have click on the "SEE ITEMISED USAGE" button, you will be shown a list of all the calls, texts that you have made.

Have a look down the list and see if any have incurred a charge. If they have, the charge will be shown down the right handside.
