Why is my contract still active even tho it ended on the 02/08/19 with added 5 GB!!!!?? It's 3GB in my contract.
Last bill for July/August ( resets 11th) has been paid
Need finalisation and to cease communication.
As off 11/08/19 SKY MOBILE customer.

Did you cancel your contract? These contracts don't just end. After the min. term they just carry on on a month's notice basis until you explicitly cancel.
