Why does it say my account is on hold when I want to buy music on google play

Want to buy music via google play and pay via my ee account but each time I press pay with one tap it says my account is on hold. Why

This is nothing to do with EE it's part of the Google account verification process. You should have received an email from Google when it first happened. Or try logging into your Google account and look at your account/payment preferences.

 

You could always pay by card.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
