Why do i keep getting photo messages that i can't access and need a code?

I did get a second message but couldnt get onto the email address and why dont they just come as a photo straight away rather than goin through website an using password?

You should receive a 2nd text with the pwd in it.

Cuz you haven't set your phone up to receive MMS. Try using the online set up tool to update your phone settings automatically and hassle free.
