Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

If you have a pay monthly account with us, you may need to activate roaming and calls abroad:
You can check this by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and Call abroad and Premium rate calls > are they showing as ticked?
If not, can you activate these setting?
