Hello @Car03 ,
Welcome to the community,
Not sure how anyone can use your number to make calls without having your phone.
Well, how do you expect EE to know you are not making these calls yourself? If they had to do this for everyone on their network, it would cost them an awful lot to monitor people’s calls and then people wanting to make international calls would end up not being able to, if they blocked everyone from being able to make calls to foreign numbers as I see it.
You could always ask EE to give you a new mobile number, that is to change the mobile number you now have to a new one.
Make sure your sim is locked with a pin, so that when you shut your phone down, you have to put the pin in.

Good Afternoon @Car03.
Thanks for coming to the community.
What was advised when you spoke with our mobile care team regarding this?
How long have you had your number?

My SIM card is locked and i have accidental touch lock on. But I noted unanswered call from El Salvador did ring my phone 3 hrs before the supposedly 31 minute call(£64) was made. I note the number which rang has been identified by Google as a scam number but obviously not blocked by EE.
