I upgraded on 20/9 to an in stock item, deliver to store, but still not received any order updates? Tried calling the store but it just goes straight to answer phone. I've got the xkn number but that doesn't bring anything up. Any suggestions?

If EE order tracker doesn't work then give CS a call on 150 and they will be able to tell you the status of your order.
