Why am I being charged for 2 devices?

I have been charged for 2 devices since signing up in March 2018. This is not what I have signed up for and the bills are getting bigger each month. Can you help please as this is Not what I signed up for when I took out the contract. Thanks

You will need to speak to CS on 150 tomorrow, as there is no account access on these forums.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
