Re: Where is the Menu tab in my Contacts on my LK K8?

Hi @kimbo2801

Welcome to the community 🙂

Please see our LG K8 - CALLS, MESSAGING AND EMAIL and select the interactive demo.

It takes you through a step by step guide of how to it.

Find out how to copy contacts to or from the SIM card, just follow these simple steps.

  • From the home screen, tap the Contacts icon.

Note: If the icon is not available from the home screen, tap the Apps icon, then tap Contacts.

  • Tap the Menu icon.
  • Tap Manage contacts.
  • Tap Back up.
  • Choose the desired save location (e.g. SIM), then tap OK.
  • Tap the required contact(s) to export or tap Select all to export all contacts.
  • Tap EXPORT.
  • Tap YES to confirm.
  • The contacts have been copied to the SIM card.

  • To learn how to copy contacts from the SIM card Please continue to the next step.

  • Tap Import.
  • Select import from location (e.g. SIM), then select import to location (e.g. Phone) and tap OK.
  • Tap the required contact(s) to import or tap Select all to import all contacts.
  • Tap IMPORT.
  • Tap YES to confirm.
  • The contacts have been copied from the SIM card.

If you still struggle, here is a link for the LG help and support team.

Thank you
