I ordered the new samsung galaxy note 9 yesterday and collected it from store today, the order also had a contract and i should have recieved a sim card too. I havent even recieved any of the documentation for the sim that i usually do. I called customer services and they said it should have all been in the delivery? Where is my sim card and what do I do?

Have you asked the store, if your delivery was to the store?
Also the store can sort out your SIM card for free.
