Where is my S10 plus did it get lost?

Hi @Faheem_89

how did you place your order? Did you get a  confirmation email/text with an order/tracking number?

you can use these details to track your order online. Also you can download the DPD app and if you use the mobile and email you used to place your order it will show you when a delivery has been assigned to your order.

@Faheem_89  It’s not lost you’ve just not be allocated a device yet.  EE only received so many to send, some customers will have to wait until EE receive more from Samsung. 

 

Just to to let you know. 

 

A pre order is not a guarantee of receiving a device on launch day.
