Text UP to 150 & add 45 days or look in your MyEE under Upgrade.

These contracts don't just end. After the min. term they just carry on on a month's notice basis until you explicitly cancel.

Does it not tell you when you sign into My EE...?.

Why do they require a month's notice when one has gone the 24 months and are then technically out of contract......?

Because you agreed to a minimum of 24 months and if you wish to cancel you are to give 30 days notice.

My point was to ask if saty the contract had been running for 25 months without an upgrade.....the customer is out of contract and not technically required to give oone montths notice so why should EE expect itSent from Samsung tablet.

You are technically & legally required to give 30 days notice to cancel at any time, even beyond the min. term,  as that is the T&Cs you signed up to & agreed. Note that you signed up for a min.term, not a fixed term.

That would be too easy 🙂
