When I try to register it does not recognize my phone number

Why can I not log into an Orange/EE/T-Mobile account? When I log in or try to set up a new account it keeps telling me that my mobile number is not recognized even though I have had it since 2014 (originally Orange PAYG).

I need to print of a statement, but need to access my account to do so.

Welcome to the community,

 

You can only access the live chat if you are a personal monthly account, not pay as you go, otherwise you will have to ring EE on 150 and speak to customer service.
