When I go to log in it is saying my account is cancelled which is not the case

When I go to log in it is saying my account is cancelled which is not the case. I did have 2 phones on the account for a couple of years but now juts my own.

@andrewsalter can you get into your MyEE account via a web browser at all? If you can, then try re-adding the phone number you say is missing. 

 

If you can't get on to your MyEE at all or else you can but you can't re-add on the second phone number then you will need to speak with someone with account access at EE. Call 150 from an EE mobile or 0800 079 8586 from a landline.

Hi mine states the same thing when I try to complete an upgrade. Am I due a letter or something?
