What is the extra charges on my bill

My bill is showing 'extra charges'. What are the extra charges? It better not be something that I haven't agreed to because last time this happened and I spoke to an EE employee, he told me that any hidden subscriptions would be blocked from then on, unless they had my permission first!

Any incurred extra charges outside your plan/pack will be itemised. These are the extra charges. 

 

There is no account access on these forums so if you need more account specific help, then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
