What is error 195 please. Trying to text an old friend. Is the line disconnected

Trying to text an old friend but getting "cannot send, ee error 195. Does anyone know if it means the line is disconnected or something? Thanks

Mean's internal error!

It's not all texts it's just one number if an old friend so just wondered if it'll be a discontinued number or disconnected line?

Last time I tried it it just rang continuously now it says incorrect number so yea looks like it's disconnected

Yes it does seem like the number is the problem if texts and calls are not working.
