You lose them if you're talking about the allowances of a 30-day PAYG pack.

Hello @Proudeeuser all minutes allowances from EE PAYG packs, PAYM allowances and add ons are for a set amount of time (30 days in your case) after which they expire and are removed from the account.

 

If you have a PAYG pack, PAYM plan or a monthly recurring add on then they will automatically renew every 30 days without you needing to add or purchase again.

Any allowances that are not used up will not roll over to the next they will be lost.
