Waiting on password reset email

Been waiting all day for a password reset email and still nothing.

Have you check your junk mail? 

If nothing in there then you need to call ee customer services from your EE to 150 or any other provider to 07953 966 250. 

And ask adviser to rest your my ee web account account.
