Voicemail

Hi, my voicemail is not working for some reason. I have tried texting VM ON to 150 and get a message asking me to contact customer services. I have tried OFF and then ON again but no joy. At the moment I can not get through using 150. Is anyone else having same problem ? I need to fix this as my mom is elderly. any other phone numbers I can use to call customer services ?

Have you tried rebooting each time when doing VM Off and then again with VM On?

Hi. I have just done the reboot after VM ON and now when I call 222 is saying my calls to that number are barred

I have just rebooted. When I contact voicemail 222 is saying I am barred
from using that number.

I have this same issue... and no one is answering in tech support due to Coronavirus... help!!

But now is telling me I am not connected to voicemail and to contact 150. there is no chance of contacting 150 and this is my only number that I use for my clients. THIS IS NO GOOD

@Robopod , that is because there are fewer staff members working, due to the Covid-19 and many more people contacting them, unfortunately, as some staff have to self isolate, but you will eventually get through, just keep trying, is probably the only way.

Has an answer been provided to this yet as I have the same issue? I have tried VM OFF and then VM ON...but 150 response is that they are experiencing issues so to phone. Wait time is over 1 hour. Help.....
