Voicemail error

When I try to check my voicemail it asks me to leave a message so I can't actually check my messages. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Voicemail error

Hi @elviscoolcat

What are you doing in order to check your voicemail? It may sound like a daft question, but something's going wrong so it may be useful to know what you're doing.

I've half an idea what might be happening, but also what phone are you using?

Re: Voicemail error

I was hard pressing number 1, or clicking on the icon. It appears I need to dial 222. I have an S20 ultra. Thanks for trying to help me 🙂

Re: Voicemail error

Great news, I'm glad @David has helped..

Pressing and holding your "1" key should still work - you might find that switching your voicemail off by texting VM OFF to 150, then switching it back on using VM ON to 150, and then rebooting your phone - should restore your speed-dial.
