I upgraded to the s7 edge before the VR promotion ended, after applying for the headset I was told I'd need a purchase number from EE to claim. I wasn't given one of these so had to ring up ee to get them to send it to me. Unfortunately this took them 2 months to send. And the promotion has ended. Fair play I should have chased it up sooner, and I probably should have checked when the promotion ended but I feel that I've been let down by ee as they seem to move at their own pace. Has anyone else actually recieved the VR headset through the promotion?
Hello @Benlyon sorry to hear you missed out! There may not be anything they can do for now you now but the only people who would be able to help are customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who have access to accounts. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also log in to MYEE online and click the popup box when available to speak to live chat. 🙂
