Using a voucher code to upgrade

Hi, 

 

I am a current EE customer and have been for several years. I am now eligible for an upgrade. The company I work for are offering a 20% discount off the monthly line rental on all mobile products, which I'd like to take advantage of. 

 

So, I've found a phone I'd like to upgrage to: Samsung S7 Edge (Good As New) which is £38.49 per month (£9.99 upfront). But when I've tried to upgrade through MyEE (both on mobile and desktop) there's no option to enter my voucher code. 

 

Am I doing something wrong? Please help!

No problem @markdavies802

 

The discount voucher box will only show once you reach checkout.

 

It's available for both new and upgrading customers - so you should have no issues using the code as part of your upgrade.

 

Is it via mobile or web that you're accessing it from?

If so you must follow the link from the EE Perk pages to process your upgrade.

Thanks for the response Karen. 

 

Yes, I've been through the perks page. When I have added the phone to my basket it doesn't give me the option to add a voucher code to my upgrade order. 

 

If this 20% discount is only open to new contracts, am I able to cancel my current one and open a new contract on the same day??

Hi,

 

I'm also having this issue where there is no option to add a code when upgrading. I've tried to have it sorted on 150 and retentions, and also the Live Chat assistant. Even when I get to the "Checkout" page (where it asks to accept an adjustment in Direct Debit), there is still no option to add a voucher code. Please help 😞
