Upgrading to Galaxy s10+

Hi I've just paid the rest of my s8 contract off and upgraded to the s10+ last friday and i was told in Carphone warehouse that my data should change to the new allowance straight away and i just pick up the s10+ when it comes out but when i go onto the EE app it still shows my old contract data/phone and doesn't say that ive paid it off or anything even though i have so im a bit confused will this just change over once the s10+ comes out

@kylebateson  The app information about the device you have now will not change until you get the new device as the app is smart enough to know what device your using with it.

I would speak to CPW it may be the case they haven't let EE know yet.

If you can speak to Carphone Warehouse they will be able to check your plan and upgrade and let you know when your new plan will start.
