Upgrade

Ordered my upgrade on Tuesday 17th but the order hasn't been confirmed yet but I haven't had any information about why. What should I do?

Do you have your XKN order reference number yet? You should have received it in a text or email after placing the order. 🙂

I have my Xing number but when I track it all it says is that awaiting confirmation is the latest update. Thank you for your help.

Hello @Sensiblejan awaiting confirmation means EE do not yet have a delivery date for your order. When they do you should receive a confirmation text or email and the order tracker should be updated.
