I have received my upgraded phone and sim today which I ordered via ee website. I have set it up but it says emergency calls only. Do I need to do something else or will it just swap over itself. If so how long should it take and will I keep my same number. Thanks

It could take up to 24 hours and if your old sim goes dead then you know it's done. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
