I thought when you are on this that you have to do it in store? Spoke to somebody on chat and they said you can upgrade over chat....
my upgrade will be free upfront as of September so this is good to know.

On our upgrade anytime contracts, you can swap your current phone for the latest model online, in an EE store or by calling our customer care team.
You can choose from our new plans and phones on our online shop pages too in September 🙂
