Unhappy with my handset

Ive just joined been with ee around 20 or so days and got the Xperia xz2, however its not as great as I was hoping it was going to be for a Sony fan. Can I exchange it for a different handset free of charge or not?

Re: Unhappy with my handset

@GCooper25: Depends where you ordered it. If you ordered it by phone or online you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel FoC & reorder something else. Just call EE & tell them. If you ordered in an EE store there is no change-of-mind returns policy.

Re: Unhappy with my handset

I spoke to returns team on two occasions and they have assured me that when I rang I was within my 14 days when I called and they were sending out a silver bag for me to return it for a different device once they have received it.
I don't like it based on its not as enjoyable to use as I thought and doesnt live up to what I expected of it. My wife has the s9+ and that is so much better even down to the little detail of the always on feature

Re: Unhappy with my handset

Hi @GCooper25

Welcome to the community.:)

As @XRaySpeX said, if you got it from EE over the phone or website, you get 14 days to return, if you'd like to. As you've had yours 20 days, you won't be able to swap free of charge.

What is it about the phone that you're not happy with?

Chris

Re: Unhappy with my handset

We don't know whether it was ordered 20 days ago or delivered then.
