Unable to access my account

will not reconise my email address or password
I then tried reset password but won't allow ...i cant access the email address i previously registered with and sincee have a new email address.

I re-registerd with that other email but then stopped me at the end as phone number already belongs to a member ..yeah ME

Hello @Deebola if you no longer have access to your old email address then customer service can delete the old My EE account so you can register the number to the new one:
