This is my 3rd phone with the scree Issue with the green edging. This particular one I have had over 28 days so what now? The other two were only about 2 weeks old so they were replaced straight away. This one I'm worried wi be sent away and I just find this so frustrating. This be my fourth handset and I am not happy to have to wait to get it fixed.

I would ring technical support on 0800 956 3146 from a landline and I would ask them to change your phone for another make & model as your already on your third phone.

I agree with @David get them to switch the model phone for you at no extra cost to you. If the phone is cheaper than your current phone then ask them to reduce the contract in line with this.
You've already giving them the chance of a resolution (you only need to give them one chance to resolve) of which your not happy about and is within the specifications of CRA2015
