Text delays

I've been having issues with text delays for the last week? Sometimes not recieving texts or getting a notification that my text has been delivered when it hasn't! Any idea if this is to do with EE or my device?

Hello @TheresaMorris29 sorry to hear you are having problems receiving text messages. Here is a link containing the network status checker where you can check for any signal faults in your area:

To confirm if you have a line or device fault try the SIM in another phone if you can or another SIM in the phone. Try deleting the conversations or a back up and restore to fix device faults.

Customer service can help with line faults on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am). If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also login to MYEE online and click the popup box when available to speak to live chat. 🙂
