Someone has used my name and bank details

Someone has used my bank details and my name for a contract that I don't know that much about. I have never had a contract with EE that I'm currently with Tesco Mobile. I only found out the other day that the bank called me stating that someone has used my name for a contract with EE.

@Rjcase1998  You need to call customer services to report this.   

 

Use the contact us at the top of this page.  

 

Unfortunately someone using your details which have been gained from you unknowingly by you has allowed this to happen.  

 

You also need to report this to the police as this is fraud.

Hi @Rjcase1998

 

You need to contact your bank as they can help and change your account number and security questions. You should also change any email passwords and ensure any financial documents are not easy to access.

 

You then need to report this to the police.
