Since moving from orange to EE my mobile data no longer works

 have a very old Samsung Galaxy J3 which has worked fine for calls/data etc. until I moved to EE.  Now I can no longer access any mobile data.  This is really frustrating as I use my phone for work etc.  What could the problem be?  When I try it either says I'm blocked or offline.  But mobile data is switched on.  I've phoned helpline but they just wanted me to buy a new phone.  I'm paying for something I don't get.

You might need internet settings on your phone.

Please click http://setup-ee.wdsglobal.com/internet where you can send settings on your phone.

Hi, thanks for this but my phone isn't listed?  I'm really stuck now, have looked at APN setting but really have no idea what I'm doing.

No cannot find my phone on the list.  Any other ideas?

Have you tried your SIM in another device?

 

Does your internet work ok on WiFi?

Hi Katie, not tried in another device as I haven't got one!  Works fine at home on wifi.  Not sure what to do now.  Thanks for replying to me

And send settings to your install them, you need last 4 digits of your number as code.

Hi, Just tried this and tried to access ee website.  It says I am blocked from using mobile data and to speak to the account holder who can change my privileges so I am allowed to browse internet and use apps??I am the account holder.  So confused!
