I provide a phone for my brother who lives in south Wales. I live in London. His phone's screen fried and so I have arranged for a new phone and contract for him. However we need to do a Sim swap. I know this can be done online but the problem is that EE say they send a text verification to the old phone. But the old phone screen is fried so that's no good. How else can we do a simswap? My brother can't go to a store because he isnt the account holder

You could do it in store or you could call 150 and ask CS to change the sim.

Is the account an EE personal contract?
If so our chat teams will be able to register the SIM card for you.
This would need to be done by yourself as the account holder and you would need the SIM card number.
