Sim issue

Hi 
Have  been  too ee  store  Oxford street  to ask  if the transfer  my 're number  to my new ee  sim as want to keep my number  was advised need change provider I think the person  not aware of what  to thus  said this  do Ee  not want me as loyal customer

@Pradeep62  If this was not an upgrade but you took out a new contract then you need to port your number to another network on a payg sim and then you can port it back to EE.

 

   You can not migrate a contract number to a new contract account.
