Shared data

Quick question, I have 2 phones, one with 20GB and one with 40GB, I know I can share data across devices but is it possible to sahre data from both devices so that I can have 60GB in total accross the 2?

Thanks

Re: Shared data

Hello @JayAllum is your account set up as a standard plan or a shared plan?

On a standard plan you will have two separate lines with two separate data allowances - these can not be shared or transferred.

On a shared plan you will have two separate lines with one combined data allowance and you can use as much of the 60gb as you want on whichever line. 🙂

Re: Shared data

Hi @JayAllum and welcome to the community.

If you have two separate data allowances this would mean that your account is not set up to share data.

Currently you are unable to share two separate data amounts.

Many thanks,

Lee

Re: Shared data

I currently have one plan with data shared with another sim that I use in my tablet, i have just taken out another contract and would like to share this data also, if possible.

Re: Shared data

Hi @JayAllum

You would be unable to share the data from two separate plans.

Many thanks,

Lee
