Sending media files fails

After calling, talking and trying several times with EE employees to install their software to send/receive media files with no successful, the last one already told me I need to pay 40p per picture. I know is a business company but, Is this a trick from EE company to obtain money from customers?

Re: Sending media files fails

@Metallico   MMS are not part of your contract so are chargeable.  You could purchase a bundle or send images via email/what’s app and you’ll not be charged as its using your data.

If your after the APN settings please read THIS

Re: Sending media files fails

Hi @Metallico

Sending media files over data/WiFi is free (uses data) with various apps, or even use email.

You don't need to incur EE MMS charges.
