After calling, talking and trying several times with EE employees to install their software to send/receive media files with no successful, the last one already told me I need to pay 40p per picture. I know is a business company but, Is this a trick from EE company to obtain money from customers?

@Metallico MMS are not part of your contract so are chargeable. You could purchase a bundle or send images via email/what’s app and you’ll not be charged as its using your data.

Sending media files over data/WiFi is free (uses data) with various apps, or even use email.
You don't need to incur EE MMS charges.
