Sending back replacement phone

I recently upgraded my phone to a google pixel xl, before the end of my warranty it became faulty. I asked for a replacement but was told they were out of stock. After waiting over a month i got fed up and took the offer of a samsung s7 edge. If I am unhappy with this phone do i still have the option of sending it back within 14 days?

Re: Sending back replacement phone

Hello @Dinistr,

Welcome to the community,

If you order the phone online or by phone, yes you can return it within the 14 days, but if you get it through the store then no, that is for a new phone, or was this for a replacement phone? I do not have the answer for that.

You can always take a phone to an authorised repair shop even under warranty, as they can either repair it at the shop or send it in themselves to the company, hope this helps.
